Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a printed copy of your return authorization form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Australian Post location or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
